Bin Discharge & Flow Aid Equipment
- Bin Activators — Vibra Screw’s flagship product and the original vibrating bin discharger. The Bin Activator is mounted to the outlet of a storage bin, hopper, or silo and uses controlled vibration to promote reliable, consistent mass flow of difficult bulk materials that bridge, rat-hole, or pack under storage pressure. Eliminates the need for air pads, vibrators, or manual intervention. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys in sizes from 12 inches to over 144 inches in diameter. - Vibrating Bins — Live-bottom vibrating storage bins that combine integrated storage with active discharge in a single unit. - Weigh Feeders & Batchers (Loss-in-Weight) — Gravimetric loss-in-weight feeders that continuously measure the rate of material discharge and automatically adjust feeder speed to maintain the target feed rate regardless of changes in material bulk density, particle size, or flow characteristics. Conveyors
- Vibrating Conveyors — Vibrating trough conveyors for horizontal and slightly inclined transport of bulk materials without moving mechanical parts in contact with the product. Natural frequency or brute force designs available. Well-suited for hot, abrasive, sticky, or fragile materials that would damage or be damaged by conventional mechanical conveyors. - Spiral Conveyors — Vertical spiral vibratory conveyors for elevating bulk materials in a small floor footprint. Material travels upward along a helical trough path driven by vertical vibration. Ideal for applications requiring gentle vertical elevation of fragile materials such as food ingredients, tablets, capsules, and delicate granules where a bucket elevator or screw conveyor would cause unacceptable breakage.
